Assessment the Achievement of the Functions of the Education System from the Perspective of Janah Secondary Teachers in the School Year 2013-2014

Abstract
The purpose of this research is the realization of the functions of the education system from the perspective of Janah secondary teachers in the school year 2013-2014. The purpose of the study, applied for a description of how data collection survey. Community-Data have researched all 384 middle school teachers working in primary and secondary education department in the academic year 2013-2014. In accordance with the random sampling of 252 subjects were enrolled. Instruments included a questionnaire and notes, the validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability using Cronbach's alpha 0.78 was calculated. To analyze the data obtained from the questionnaires were used as indicators of descriptive and inferential statistics. Survey results show that the functions of education is to be fully achieved Coherence and relevance of education and other social institutions, and the impact of different educational, social and family and lack of proper planning of the main reasons is the lack of fulfillment. T-test results also showed that the differences between female and male teachers in fulfilling the functions of education, there is no difference.
