Abstract
Each year, the oil and gas industry is vital to the costs spent on training new employees The technical
knowledge and many years of experience of staff, has always been one of the biggest assets of the
oil ministry develops.we In this paper, new algorithm using enterprise resource planning aimed at
targeting experiences of our employees. So that the other members of the organization is to provide
valuable technical knowledge and Depending on the availability of the necessary human resources to
provide the director. The implementation of this algorithm on the data and empirical knowledge to
act as an employee, the relevant costs that are incurred as a result of lack of experience or trial and
error is eliminated.
