Effects of Some Developmental Theories on Improving Primary School Students’ Educational Drop

ABSTRACT: Nowadays, one of the major challenges of educational sciences is to improve students’ educational drop. In many subjects, the drop occurs due to education administrators’ lack of attention to development categories at different levels and ages. Although development includes the whole systematic evolutions in the individual’s psychological life, in an applied and educational concept, it is also possible to include a value judgment in the definition. Especially, those evolutions leading to assimilating, organized, effective, and complex behaviors are called development. Based on the table of relationships between development theories and educational drop factors, it seems that there are close relationships between these two issues. Educational drop experts’ attention to development theories and their prominent indices can considerably improve educational drop.

Abstract:
The aim of this study was to identify factors influencing the academic achievement of students Shahed scatter plot in the city Lamerd in the academic year 2013-2014. The purpose of this research is pplied in the data collection, descriptive statistics, the study population consisted of 23 students from the scatter plot of the elementary, and middle and high school in the academic year 2014-2013 which is the Lamerd city because of the small population of the total population were selected by census method. Instruments included a questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability using Cronbach's a 0.85 was calculated. The results showed that family factors have the greatest influence on students' academic achievement and other factors in the academic achievement of students are greatly.

Assess the Training Needs of Teachers in Term of Elementary Teachers'
Views of the Alamarvdasht Education in Academic Years 2013-2014

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to examine the training needs of teachers of elementary teachers' views Alamarvdasht Department of Education is in the school year 2013-2014. The purpose of the study, applied for a description of how data collection survey. The study population consisted of 135 elementary school teachers in the school year 2013-2014 is Alamarvdasht using the random sampling of 103 subjects were enrolled. Instruments included a questionnaire and notes are the validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability using Cronbach's alpha was 0.87. The results showed that the lack of attention to the needs of teachers in educational and professional quality of service education and the use of technology in schools, caused the problem in the teaching methods and applying the principles of assessment methods has been developed.

Evaluation of Primary School Experimental Science with Respect to Elements
of Critical Thinking from Primary Teachers' Views

Abstract
The aim of this study was to assess primary school experimental science teachers' views on the basic elements of critical thinking in education is 2014-2013. The purpose of the study, applied for a description of how data collection survey. The study population consisted of 141 primary school teachers in the city seal, cadmium 2014-2013 school years using a stratified random sampling of 122 people were selected by Morgan. Instruments included a questionnaire and notes are. Validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability using Cronbach's alpha method 0.93 was calculated. The results show that three components-the components of such a study (evaluating evidence and testimony, judgment, analysis and evaluation) views teachers as medium components (reasoning, rational, asking questions) evaluated at the appropriate level. There is significant difference between teachers' views of gender among the components of the arguments and evaluate evidence and testimony but in other factors between male and female teachers and basic educational perspective, there was no significant difference between the mean scores of components according to Friedman test case.

بررسی اثرات بین المللی شدن آموزش عالی و کیفیت برنامه درسی در عصر جهانی شدن

چکیده
توجه روزافزون به بین المللی شدن برنامه های درسی آموزش عالی بیانگر وجود چالشهایی است که کارآمدی برنامه های درسی با تکیه بر موضوعات مجزا را در معرض نقدی جدی قرار می دهد. یکی از مهمترین پدیده هایی که علت وجود این چالش هاست، روند جهانی شدن می باشد. جهانی شدن با افزایش بی سابقه منابع علمی قابل دسترس دانشجویان از طریق فن آوریهای نوین ارتباطاتی واطلاعاتی روبرو است. علاوه بر این حضور در بازار کار جهانی و همچنین پذیرش مسئولیت های جدید دانشجویان به عنوان اعضای جوامع جهانی، ملی و محلی نیازمند کسب صلاحیت هایی است که در رویکرد سنتی برنامه های درسی مجزا و فقط بومی قابل دسترسی نیست. در این راستا بین المللی شدن آموزش عالی، فرایندی است که به عنوان راهکار منطقی برای چالشهای بوجود آمده از جهانی شدن توسط صاحبنظران آموزش عالی و دانشگاههای پیش رو در جهان مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. لذا این مقاله با رویکردی توصیفی– تحلیلی به بررسی اثرات بین المللی شدن آموزش عالی و کیفیت برنامه درسی در عصر جهانی شدن پرداخته است .
