Abstract. Modern social organizations due to the expansion of economic & industrial activities should prepare, preserve & manage a set of powerful manpower in large & diverse scale. Nowadays skillful &autonomous manpower is the most important factor of dynamism in an advanced community. Social, scientific & industrial organizations cannot be successful without a constant discipline. Therefore, in or-
der to achieve noticeable successes & realize the ideals of humanity, managers should utilize different management principals & concepts & applying them tactfully & carefully. In fact, manpower is considered as
a precious asset, which has a production power. All of the advanced & developing countries are trying to equip & preserve the manpower comprehensively & dynamically. According this devising the patterns,which can respond to the different requests of the community by developing the human competence become necessary. This research with analytical-descriptive approach studies the theoretical concepts associated with the development of human resources & their role in developing the organizational processes through an analytical & descriptive method.

Performance Evaluation of Education Using the Organization Excellence Model (The Enablers): A Case Study of Iran

Abstract

This study aims at evaluating the performance of management education Lamerd city was based on the
Excellence Model. Study is descriptive - survey and the target type are applied. Population consisted of 550
teachers in the school year 2013-2014 is Lamerd city using a stratified random sample of 240 subjects were
enrolled. Instruments included a self-made questionnaire organization excellence model is based on
elements of its validity was confirmed by experts and reliability using Cronbach's alpha 0.81 was calculated.
The results generally showed Lamerd city education in leadership and performance components, business
processes, personnel management, and the situation is not ideal but at policy initiatives and strategies are
adequate.

The Relationship between Self-Efficacy Component and Research Spirit among Teachers of Schools in the Academic Year 2012-2014 in the Lamerd City

Abstract: The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between the components of their efficiency and morale among
teachers of schools in Lamerd city in the academic year 2013-2014. The study in term of purpose is applied and in term of how
data collection descriptive. The study population consisted of 600 school teachers in the education department of Lamerd city in
the academic year 2013-2014. With simple random sampling of 200 subjects were recruited Morgan. Instruments included a
questionnaire, notes that the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and reliability using Cronbach's alpha 0.96
respectively. The results showed that there are significant relationships between self-efficacy and mood research. Between self-
efficacy component of the research design and research skills and writing skills, quantitative skills and computer operations is a
direct and significant relationship with the spirit of the quantitative and computer skills among teachers' self-efficacy is lower than
any other component.

Investigating the Relationship Between knowledge Management and Organizational Culture

Abstract. The aim of this study is to survey the relationship between knowledge management and organizational culture in in Islamic Azad University of Lamerd. The study is a descriptive correlational re-
search. For sampling 105 members of faculty were sampled and to collect data we have used two questioeries from Denison organizational culture from with 88% reliability and Joseph Hadad’s knowledge management with %89 reliability. Data analysis was performed through Pearson statistical methods of correlation coefficient, multiple regression, t test and one-way variance analysis. After analyzing, we found that there was a clear relationship between knowledge management and knowledge components including knowledge recording, knowledge creation, and knowledge establishment seemed to predicate organizational intelligence.

A B S T R A C T

This study is to examinethe relation betweenprincipals' decision-making styles and productivity in high schools of Lamerd city in 2012-2013 so 98 principals and assistant superintendents of the high schools were assessed. The measurement device was Stephen Robins decision styles including four types of analytic, conceptual, behavioural and directive decisions and related questionnaire included 24 questions invented by Robins (2005) and the principals divided in four stratums and finally the reliability was defined 0.83 by Cronbach alpha. Also the Smith's et al. (1988) productivity questionnaire was used defined the validity 0.89 after translation. The data were analyzed by multiple regression method to define the effect of each style on the productivity. The findings indicated there is significant and positive relation between
the decision styles and productivity; also the conceptualdecision style has more effect on the schools' productivity than other styles and the behavioural, analytic and directive ones have less effect on the principals, respectively.
