ASSESS THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE PERSIAN COURSE OBJECTIVES FROM SIX ELEMENTARY TEACHERS' VIEWS, IN THE BASTAK IN THE SCHOOL YEAR 2014 -2013

Abstract
The aim of this study was to assess the achievement of the Persian course objectives from six elementary teachers' views, in the Bastak in the school year 2014 -2013. The study in term of purpose is applied and in term of data collection is descriptive and survey.The study population consisted of 82 sixth-grade teachers in the school year 2014-2013 in Bastak Department of Education is the entire population of the tutors were selected by census method. Instruments included a questionnaire, notes that validity was confirmed by experts and reliability using Cronbach's alpha 0.94 was calculated. The results show that except for the realization of life skills which the teacher had a good view the other components (goals, vision, goals, values, skills, writing and language skills training) higher
view of teachers was moderate. This suggests that the Persian language teaching sixth grade has been already attained their goals and failed to properly provide the necessary skills in students, allowing students the proper development of language skills.

Investigating the quality of the teaching process, teachers in elementary schools of Lamerd from the Perspective of managers

Abstract: The present study aimed to check the quality of the teaching process, teachers in elementary schools was conducted from the perspective of Lamerd County managers. Research in terms of the purpose of the application and the manner of work is descriptive-run. Society of statistics include 100 managers of Lamerd County elementary schools, which is due to the limitation of the statistical society, the Census sampling methods were used. The data collected in this study, a researcher at the Likert range is five option validity it confirmed its reliability and professionals using Cronbach's alpha ./82 Was alculated. The analysis of the data as well as using the methods of descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, median, and mode), and the method of inferential statistics (multivariate variance analysis) was performed. The results of the research in General from the perspective of the teaching quality of teachers; administrators indicated in all components of the favorable situation is
reviewed. Also, the results showed that the three variables fitted component; the quality of teaching includes classroom management of ING, the dynamics of learning measurement and evaluation of significant differences in the two separately, as well as groups of men and women, have created. Variable technology selection is also on two levels below 5 years of age and over 20 years as well as assessment and evaluation in the following variable 5 years and 5 to 10 have significant differences.

Investigation of Effective Factors on Achievement
Motivation of Students of the Islamic Azad University,
Lamerd Branch in 2011-2012

Abstract
This present research investigates affective factors on achievement motivation of students of the Islamic Azad University, Lamerd Branch. The factors of Economic, Cultural-Social, Educational, Longitudinal and personality are investigated. This research is survey-descriptive. Statistical society in this research consists of 2231 college students of the Islamic Azad University, Lamerd Branch that they are studying in the bachelor and associate's degree in the 20 field of engineering and humanities in 1389-90. The sample equals 331 students that we selected them by classification random sampling method. The data collect by a survey that is made by researcher based on Likret Spectrum. This survey used after determination of validity and stability. The analysis of data carried out using descriptive statistical methods (frequency, percentage of frequency, percentage of frequency graph, mean, standard deviation, median, mod, Skew and SPSS16 software. The results show that Educational factor factor has significant effect achievement motivation of college students. And cultural-social are after this factor. In addition, the results show that economic factor has the lowest effect.

Structural Model for Occupational Prestige in Female Faculty in Azad University of Iranshahr

ABSTRACT

The aim of the present study is to evaluate the Occupational Prestige in female faculty in Azad University of Iranshahr and to explain the phenomenon of occupational prestige and explanatory factors associated with Occupational Prestige, more over it has aimed to compare between male and female faculty. The sample consisted of 82 female faculty in Azad University of Iranshahr. They were completed the Barzegar and keshvari Occupational Prestige questionnaire (Brzegar 2004) and data were computed with descriptive analysis and Analytical statistic methods. The researchers develops theoretical arguments to explicate the mechanisms that generate the Inter subjective evaluation of the “social standings” of occupations and that give deference to occupations that can make legitimate claims on the bases
of nature and reason. The results concerning the Occupational Prestige found that the level of female faculty in Occupational Prestige is less than some other occupations an we can develop an independent structural equation model in this area. The consequences of the study offer an opportunity for faculties and social administrators about the recent position of the attitudes about Occupational Prestige and finding the strategies to progress in this area.

Supervision and Evaluation Role in Higher Education Effectiveness

Abstract. Educational supervision and evaluation is a mechanism which seeks to improve and correct learning process in all aspects and will lay the foundation for continuous improvement in education quality. The nature of supervision and evaluation is related to all the factors and individuals involved in educational system and deals with the supervision of physical situations and the improvement of contents,methods, etc. Therefore, developing the view of effective use of all factors in appropriate evaluation in higher educational system leads to longterm achievement and will gradually create revolution in higher education. This demands applying a correction, supervision, and evaluation process. In this literature, with regard to the importance of supervision and evaluation and its effects on education and educational supervision balance, we seek the role of supervision and evaluation and its effectiveness on higher education using an analytical and descriptive method
