Abstract:
The aim of this study was to identify factors influencing the academic achievement of students Shahed scatter plot in the city Lamerd in the academic year 2013-2014. The purpose of this research is applied in the data collection, descriptive statistics, the study population consisted of 23 students from the scatter plot of the elementary, and middle and high school in the academic year 2014-2013 which is the Lamerd city because of the small population of the total population were selected by census method. Instruments included a questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability using Cronbach's a 0.85 was calculated. The results showed that family factors have the greatest influence on students' academic achievement and other factors in the academic achievement of students are greatly.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to assess the achievement of the objectives of technology work course of sixth-grade elementary from the perspective of the sixth elementary teachers in Asalooye city in the academic year 2013-2014. The purpose of this research is applied in the data collection, descriptive statistics, the study population consisted of 35 sixth-grade elementary teachers in Asalooye city in the 2013-2014 school year using whole census statistical community were selected. Instruments included a questionnaire and notes that experts were confirmed validity and reliability using Cronbach's alpha and was calculated0.95. Surveys data obtained show that the realization of the goals in six primary components of literacy and technology and information technology and the creation of technological thinking and the development of vocational and technical training and the establishment of a culture medium and in the design and production is good.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and self-efficacy with academic performance of students of Lamerd Islamic Azad University in the academic year 2014-2013 implemented. The purpose of this study, the method of data collection is functional and cross-correlation. The population of 2738 people on the basis of Cochran’s sample size of 337 patients stratified random sampling was entry. Data, once-efficacy Sherer questionnaire and EI questionnaire is based on Likert after determining the validity of the opinions of experts and its reliability (0.79 & 0.84) were used. In order to measure the academic performance of students, the GPA was used. The results showed that the correlation coefficient between emotional intelligence and academic performance was significant by EI to 12% of the variation can be explained on academic performance. The correlation coefficient between student self-efficacy and academic performance are significant and can explain 12.7% of the variation is related to academic performance. The simultaneous correlation coefficient between self-efficacy and emotional intelligence with
academic performance were significant and equal to 0.462 and the results showed that these two variables simultaneously is equal to 21.3% of the variation can be explained on academic performance.

Assess the Training Needs of Teachers in Term of Elementary Teachers' Views of the Alamarvdasht Education in Academic Years 2013-2014

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to examine the training needs of teachers of elementary teachers' views Alamarvdasht Department of Education is in the school year 2013-2014. The purpose of the study, applied for a description of how data collection survey. The study population consisted of 135 elementary school teachers in the school year 2013-2014 is Alamarvdasht using the random sampling of 103 subjects were enrolled. Instruments included a questionnaire and notes are the validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability using Cronbach's alpha was 0.87. The results showed that the lack of attention to the needs of teachers in educational and professional quality of service education and the use of technology in schools, caused the problem in the teaching methods and applying the principles of assessment methods has been developed.

Examining the Relationship between Kohlberg's Theory of Moral Development and Language Learning among Iranian Elementary Students

Abstract: Moral development has been considered the most important social issue over the centuries. Great theorist of the early twentieth century took into account ethics as a means of social development. Kohlberg as Piaget believes that his stages unfold in an invariant sequence. Children always go from stage 1 to stage 2 to stage 3 and so forth. They do not skip stages or move through them in mixed-up orders. Holiday believes that language has three roles, which include learning system and establishing a relationship between language and learning. In addition, he believes that children select several linguistic data. In other words, the children select those categories of communicative aspects of language they may understand at each stage of learning. It seems that there is a strong relationship between elements of language learning and four stages (two levels) of Kohlberg’s theory of moral development.
