Quality creation in universities based on customer needs

Abstract
In the process of globalization quality is an important and effective factor and universities have entered to a new era in which competition and quality are the most important elements of it. In this regard the quality of education is the basic variable which plays important roles in the hidden competition between countries, as education goes beyond a social matter and it is turning to an economical matter and from one direction manager's attitude, action and decision-making toward quality, depends on their education. Quality has different definitions and according to input, process and output in a higher education we can define it differently but from different point of view and totally we should define quality in higher education based on elitism, individualism and socialism and evaluate universities. In the other hand with emphasize on TQM culture, quality means satisfying customer's need and manager's attention to satisfying customer needs is the final goal of qualities. In this essay attention was made to it as an important factor in qualitative and quantitative development in universities and finally present a model for improving quality and stable learner quality management.

Quality creation in educational system based on information and communication technology

Abstract
It has been many years that developed countries uses information technology as an important tool for development. Rapid environmental changes in information age has faced all organizations and human based associations like education department with challenges such as globalization, heavy competition, lack of supplies and unpredictable fluctuations . So education for confronting the new situation has to reform and use more information and communication technology as a public and private benefits, and formation of communications technology in education plays an important role in using the information and communications technology (ICT). Thus for changing communications technology to public culture we need to fully survey this important subject with a systematic attitude in education, establishment of virtual schools, cooperation and coordination in all official organizations, and private sectors and legislation. Following these methods will lead to effectiveness of education system, equal educational opportunities for students in all levels , quantitative and qualitative progress in education, creating a research sprite in teachers and students, enrichment of self-assessment, improvement of decision-making and understanding knowledge, educating experts and job creation and finally the avoidance of brain drain.

A Comparative study of the application of study skills in successful and Unsuccessful
students at IAU, Lamerd branch in 1386-87 accademic year

This research is aimed at the study of the application of study skills in successful and unsuccessful students at the Islamic Azad University (Lamerd branch) . It is studied how the above mentioned students in different majors, have used or not used the following items in education: motivation skills, time management, anxiety overcoming, concentration, information processing, main idea selection, study skills and self assessment. The methodology used in this research was comparative and correlation. To do so I have used LASSI questionare among the students of English, Business and Industrial Management, Primary Education, Political Sciences and Chemical Engineering. The results are then analysed by different approaches of descriptive statistics including: charts frequency and bars as wall as the approaches of inferential statistics including: one-way ANOVA, tow-way ANOVA, t-test, regression and correlation Coefficients. After the above criteria were applied and analyzed it was discovered that there is a meaningful difference between the successful and unsuccessful students regarding the use of study skills. In other words the application of study skills and techniques is generally more among the successful students on the average.
