THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN USING BASIC SKILLS OF TEACHING AND IMPROVE ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS IN THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2013-2014 IN LAMERD CITY

ABSTRACT:
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between using basic skills of teaching and improve academic performance of high school students in the academic year 2013-2014 in lamerd city. The research is applied and cross-correlation. The population consisted of all students enrolled in secondary schools in the city Lamerd in 2014-2013 school years was according to statistics from the Ministry of Education Lamerd city in 2227 were estimated using 327 samples were Morgan and multi-stage cluster sampling method to select between standard questionnaires was distributed and collected. To review and analyze the data, descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, and cumulative percentage graphs) and statistical methods (correlation, independent samples t and ANOVA) were used. The results showed that the teaching of basic skills and high school students' academic performance is a significant relationship was observed. Also, using skills before teaching, while teaching and after teaching high school students' academic performance is a significant relationship was observed. And the view of high school students about the extent to which teachers teach basic skills, a significant difference was observed. However, between female and male high school students 'view of the city Lamerd teachers' use of teaching basic skills was not significant.

Abstract .
The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of educational teacher on reducing moral Disorder students from education teacher’s perspective in the school year 2014-2015 in Mohr city. This study in term of objective is applied and based on the method of data collection is descriptive survey was conducted field. The population of the research consisted of all Mohr city education teachers in the school year the number of 530 people by Morgan, which over 225 people randomly (cluster level) was selected as sample. The study collection data tool was questionnaire and the components of social - institutional disorder (disruption of public relations); Mental identification disorders (GID), disorder of individual disorders (disorders in behavior) coherence disorder and malformations (abnormal fragmentation, link the person to the community) students were used. In this research, descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. The results showed that the activities of education teachers from Mohr teacher perspective on social institutional disorder components (disruption of public relations); mental disorders identification (GID), individual defects (disorder in behavior) and coherence disorder (abnormal fragmentation, link the person to the community) has a significant impact.

Abstract.
The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of the activities of the Center for Intellectual Development of Children and Adolescents in improving school quality primary school children in the Mohr city in the academic year 2014- 2015. This study is based on objective is applied and based on the method of data collection is descriptive, survey and field is done. The population of the investigation consisted of all initial teacher education in Mohr city in the academic year 2014- 2015 is equal to 173 and using Morgan table 120 selected by randomly stratified sampling method. The study data collection tool is questionnaire and self-awareness and self-regulated learning component, scientific learning (applied), learning to live together, learning critical skills and potential development of individual skills of elementary school students was held. Using factor analysis 0.92 validity was confirmed and reliability using Cronbach's alpha method 0.94. From the perspective of primary teachers were questioned. The results showed that activities focus on self-awareness and self-regulated learning component, scientific learning (applied), learning to live together, learning critical skills and potential development of individual skills of primary school children have a significant impact.

Abstract.
This study aimed to examine the implementation of process-oriented management components in elementary schools of the Jenah education department in academic year 2014-2014. The study in term of purpose is applied, and in term of data collection is descriptive survey. The population of this study consisted of all elementary teachers in the Jenah education department in the academic year 2014-2015. The total number is 219, including 102 women, 117 men that using stratified random sampling method 178 composed of 92 males and 86 females using as Morgan table was elected. Instruments included a questionnaire and receipt of registration information. Validity was confirmed by experts and using factor analysis 0.89 validity confirmed and questionnaire reliability using Cronbach's alpha method 0.96 was calculated. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential test. The results of this study showed that the components (improvement of the educational system and the production of knowledge, parent development and participation, student achievement and improvement of skills and expertise of teachers) had an appropriate level of process-oriented management, and in the elementary schools pay special attention to the components of management and there is no significant difference between view of the male and female teachers in any of the components of the process-oriented management.

چکيده:
یادگیری بخش مرکزی زندگی هر فرد است. حتی زمانی که به آن فکر نمی کنیم نیز اتفاق می افتد. با این تفکر که رفتار در خلأ رخ نمی دهد. لذا راه های گوناگون رفتار، مرتبط با محیط کا لبدی است. محیط های یادگیری از عناصری تشکیل خواهد شد که در کنار هم، معنادار می شود. ویژگی-ها ی هرکدام از این عناصر در شکل گیری رفتارهای مختلف موثر می باشند. آموزش و به تبع آن محیط های آموزشی بیشترین اثر را بر ذهنیت و تمدن سازی جوامع بر عهده دارند. لازمه اصلاح کالبد آموزش و پرورش، ایجاد فضاهای مرتبط با فعا لیت دانش آموزان است. فضاهایی که دارای شرایط مناسب و مطلوب برای رشد فیزیکی، ذهنی، عاطفی و اجتماعی کودکان می باشد، که تحقق این ا مر از طریق طراحی جزئیات فضاها ، با توجه به الگوهای رفتاری کودکان امکان پذیر می گردد. در این راستا با توجه به تاثیر عو ا مل محیطی بر آموزش و تکیه بر مدیریت بهبود کیفیت فرآیند، یاددهی یادگیری کوشیده ایم تا با بررسی عوامل. موجود بر نوع آموزش و اثر آن بر یادگیری فراگیران و همچنین بررسی چالش های موجود، در ایجاد محیط غنی آموزشی همراه ارائه راهکارها، به بررسی آموزش و محیط های آموزشی پرداخته و همراه با آن به بررسی شاخصه های طراحی محیط آموزشی و عوامل موجود در این فضا و نیز بررسی نقش اشخاص به عنوان نیروهای بازدارنده یا تسهیل کننده در یادگیری دانش آموزان بپردازیم. آموزش به معنای تجربه ای مبتنی بر یادگیری و به منظور ایجاد تغییرات نسبتاً پایدار در فرد، با هدف قادرسازی او به انجام کار و بهبود بخشی توانایی ها ، تغییر مهارت ها ، دانش ، نگرش و رفتار اجتماعی و... تلقی شده است. بنابر این آموزش در وا قع تغییر نگرش و مهارت افراد است و طراحی فضاهای آموزشی به عنوان تسهیل در امر تفکر انتقادی و یادگیری فعال در آموزش بایسته است. در این مقوله از روش کتابخا نه ای و میدانی جهت گردآوری اطلاعات استفاده به عمل آمده است.
