Investigation of Effective Factors on Achievement
Motivation of Students of the Islamic Azad University,
Lamerd Branch in 2011-2012

Abstract
This present research investigates affective factors on achievement motivation of students of the Islamic Azad University, Lamerd Branch. The factors of Economic, Cultural-Social, Educational, Longitudinal and personality are investigated. This research is survey-descriptive. Statistical society in this research consists of 2231 college students of the Islamic Azad University, Lamerd Branch that they are studying in the bachelor and associate's degree in the 20 field of engineering and humanities in 1389-90. The sample equals 331 students that we selected them by classification random sampling method. The data collect by a survey that is made by researcher based on Likret Spectrum. This survey used after determination of validity and stability. The analysis of data carried out using descriptive statistical methods (frequency, percentage of frequency, percentage of frequency graph, mean, standard deviation, median, mod, Skew and SPSS16 software. The results show that Educational factor factor has significant effect achievement motivation of college students. And cultural-social are after this factor. In addition, the results show that economic factor has the lowest effect.

Structural Model for Occupational Prestige in Female Faculty in Azad University of Iranshahr

ABSTRACT

The aim of the present study is to evaluate the Occupational Prestige in female faculty in Azad University of Iranshahr and to explain the phenomenon of occupational prestige and explanatory factors associated with Occupational Prestige, more over it has aimed to compare between male and female faculty. The sample consisted of 82 female faculty in Azad University of Iranshahr. They were completed the Barzegar and keshvari Occupational Prestige questionnaire (Brzegar 2004) and data were computed with descriptive analysis and Analytical statistic methods. The researchers develops theoretical arguments to explicate the mechanisms that generate the Inter subjective evaluation of the “social standings” of occupations and that give deference to occupations that can make legitimate claims on the bases
of nature and reason. The results concerning the Occupational Prestige found that the level of female faculty in Occupational Prestige is less than some other occupations an we can develop an independent structural equation model in this area. The consequences of the study offer an opportunity for faculties and social administrators about the recent position of the attitudes about Occupational Prestige and finding the strategies to progress in this area.

Supervision and Evaluation Role in Higher Education Effectiveness

Abstract. Educational supervision and evaluation is a mechanism which seeks to improve and correct learning process in all aspects and will lay the foundation for continuous improvement in education quality. The nature of supervision and evaluation is related to all the factors and individuals involved in educational system and deals with the supervision of physical situations and the improvement of contents,methods, etc. Therefore, developing the view of effective use of all factors in appropriate evaluation in higher educational system leads to longterm achievement and will gradually create revolution in higher education. This demands applying a correction, supervision, and evaluation process. In this literature, with regard to the importance of supervision and evaluation and its effects on education and educational supervision balance, we seek the role of supervision and evaluation and its effectiveness on higher education using an analytical and descriptive method

Abstract. Modern social organizations due to the expansion of economic & industrial activities should prepare, preserve & manage a set of powerful manpower in large & diverse scale. Nowadays skillful &autonomous manpower is the most important factor of dynamism in an advanced community. Social, scientific & industrial organizations cannot be successful without a constant discipline. Therefore, in or-
der to achieve noticeable successes & realize the ideals of humanity, managers should utilize different management principals & concepts & applying them tactfully & carefully. In fact, manpower is considered as
a precious asset, which has a production power. All of the advanced & developing countries are trying to equip & preserve the manpower comprehensively & dynamically. According this devising the patterns,which can respond to the different requests of the community by developing the human competence become necessary. Performance Evaluation of Education Using the Organization Excellence Model (The Enablers): A Case Study of Iran

Abstract

This study aims at evaluating the performance of management education Lamerd city was based on the
Excellence Model. Study is descriptive - survey and the target type are applied. Population consisted of 550
teachers in the school year 2013-2014 is Lamerd city using a stratified random sample of 240 subjects were
enrolled. Instruments included a self-made questionnaire organization excellence model is based on
elements of its validity was confirmed by experts and reliability using Cronbach's alpha 0.81 was calculated.
The results generally showed Lamerd city education in leadership and performance components, business
processes, personnel management, and the situation is not ideal but at policy initiatives and strategies are
adequate.
